CrossFit started as a Small Group Training and we want to build on that legacy. This setting allows you to reach your goals faster.
Small group clients at Golden Hour CrossFit can enjoy workouts tailored to their specific fitness levels and a lot off attention from the coach and added motivation and support of like-minded individuals. This format allows for cost-effective time spent with a coach without compromising on quality, ensuring clients receive the guidance and accountability they need to achieve their fitness objectives in a supportive and encouraging environment.
You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out at the gym after training.
All our coaches are trained, educated and certified by CrossFit to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.
